A star cohort member at the inaugural Founder Institute Incubator class in Cincinnati, OH, Fiero! is sending learners on a journey of self-discovery to identify and pursue ideal paths to career success. The unique mentor map leverages breakthroughs in modern technology with a proven process and familiar behaviors to guide and connect learners with mentors and personal opportunities on and offline. The process has proven effective for at least 9 in 10 participants to-date, and is primarily being tested by students at Xavier University, University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati State, and Mount Saint Joseph University.
On Monday, May 14th the Congressional Smart Cities Caucus will host its third stakeholder roundtable to focus on the future of the workforce. The discussion will explore educational requirements to prepare citizens with the skills required in the 21st century economy. Among other topics, the conversation will also hone in on the importance of public-private-partnerships in developing workforce success stories across smart cities and regions.
